Amassi Yakdhan <br />2021<br />anesthetic legends or what people think in spite of all the technologic development ;any complication happen to patient they will think about their odd legends ; in their thinking no any surgical or medical cause for the complications ; it is only anesthesia is the weird creepy coming from darkness & causing the problems & death <br />1. Anesthesia over dose : even people from inside the medical world ; can believe in this legend ; that over dose cause this problem or death . In fact its so difficult that anesthetist can give wrongly over dose . Its routine work &engraved within his mind & it is just like one awake early morning ; start wash his face or brush his teeth ; even so if he get wrong the assistant & anesthetic devices cant make wrong . Some time the only really wrong is to give drugs so fast causing heart to stop .<br />2. Anesthesia only one syringe & finishing his duty ; that is so wrong ;anesthetic stay fully oriented about the patient ; machines ; level of drugs in his blood ;any accident complications & how to deal with at moment ;till patient awake & discharge to word.<br />3. Awaking syringe : all they think about that there is a magic syringe that anesthetist gives to patient after finishing of operation cause sudden awaking of the patient ; in fact there is no thing like this ; its only redistribution & metabolism; then excretion & anesthetic duty is to calculate exactly the recommended dose with time & patients factors with make equilibrium with fluid ;blood; analgesia ; other drugs on hand with anesthetic drugs & the time from other hand . The only real reversal is that if we use the muscle relaxant .<br />Anesthesia is real thing ; so danger & precise work ; need delicate hand ; smart brain ;quick wit & nice face to welcome the patient . <br />
