Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and in a vibrant and interactive university atmosphere, the College of Administrative Sciences held an orientation ceremony for first-year students on Sunday, 4 January 2026, with the participation of a number of faculty members and staff. The ceremony included a speech by the President of the University, delivered on his behalf by Mr. Mudhafar Al-Zuhairi, Director of Educational and Academic Supervision at the University. In his address, he welcomed the new students and wished them a successful academic journey, emphasizing the University’s commitment to providing a supportive educational environment that fosters excellence and creativity. The Dean of the College of Administrative Sciences, Professor Dr. Haider Ali Al-Dulaimi, also delivered a speech in which he welcomed the first-year students, praised their choice of the College of Administrative Sciences, and affirmed the College’s commitment to offering high-quality education that contributes to building their academic and professional personalities. The ceremony featured a variety of activities, including performances presented by students of Al-Sunbula Primary School, as well as a segment of popular poetry that was well received by the audience. In addition, cakes and sweets were distributed to all participants, creating an atmosphere that reflected a spirit of familiarity and university belonging. This ceremony comes within the framework of Al-Mustaqbal University and the College of Administrative Sciences’ keenness to strengthen communication with new students and to prepare them to begin their academic year with a positive and motivating spirit.
