Ultrasonic Distance Meter Project This project was completed under the supervision of: Dr. Amir Najah Saud Eng. Mohammed Abdul Karim Razouqi Eng. Zahraa Mohammed Kadhim This is an intelligent electronic system used to measure distances between the device and objects without the need for physical contact. The project relies on ultrasonic technology and is a modern digital alternative to traditional measuring instruments, characterized by its speed and accuracy in displaying results. The device consists of integrated electronic components mounted inside a glass tank: • Ultrasonic sensor (HC-SR04): The component resembling "eyes," responsible for transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves. • Arduino Uno board: This represents the central processing unit that calculates the time it takes for the wave to travel back and forth and converts it into a distance in centimeters. • LCD screen: Used to clearly display the measured distance to the user. • Breadboard and wires: For connecting the electrical circuit. • 9-volt battery: To provide the system with the power necessary for independent operation.
