Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Assistant Professor Dr. Zahraa Halim Al-Qaim, and under the direct supervision of the Head of the Department of Aesthetic and Laser Technologies, Assistant Professor Dr. Fatima Hashim Al-Salami, the Department of Aesthetic and Laser Technologies at the College of Health and Medical Technologies – Mustaqbal University organized a tree-planting campaign at Al-Khansaa Secondary School for Girls, with active participation from the department’s students. The campaign included planting a variety of environmentally friendly and climate-supportive plants in the school gardens, contributing to improving the school environment, promoting a culture of caring for green spaces, and enhancing environmental awareness among students. This initiative comes within the framework of the College of Health and Medical Technologies’ commitment to supporting the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly: Goal 4: Quality Education, by fostering a healthy and sustainable educational environment. Goal 13: Climate Action, through increasing green cover and contributing to mitigating the effects of climate change. Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals, by strengthening cooperation between academic and educational institutions. The campaign also reflects the College’s role in enhancing social responsibility and engagement with the local community, in line with Mustaqbal University’s orientation toward supporting sustainable environmental and developmental initiatives.
