The students of the College of Health and Medical Technologies at Mustaqbal University achieved a notable accomplishment by carrying out a comprehensive awareness campaign on thalassemia, targeting the mall, the student institute, and the university campus. The campaign included distributing educational brochures and raising health awareness about the disease, emphasizing the importance of prevention and early diagnosis. The initiative was supervised by Engineer Hawraa Halim Al-Qaim, Head of the Student Activities Division at the College, along with Ms. Maryam Najah from the Department of Medical Laboratory Techniques. They guided the students and organized the activities to ensure that the awareness message reached the largest possible segment of the university community. This initiative is part of a series of student activities aimed at promoting health awareness and social responsibility among students, while also developing their skills in teamwork and community initiatives.
