The Biomedical Engineering Department at Future University held a specialized awareness seminar entitled: "Building Self-Confidence and Self-Esteem: Liberation from Depressing Societal Constraints." The seminar addressed a crucial theme: that building self-confidence and high self-esteem is not merely a secondary "luxury" for women, but rather an urgent necessity and an essential empowerment tool for liberating themselves from preconceived notions and constraints that may hinder their ambitions or attempt to impose a specific stereotype upon them. Key topics covered in the seminar included: • Defining Self-Esteem: How a woman sees herself independently of others' judgments. • Facing Challenges: Mechanisms for dealing with depressing societal constraints and transforming them into motivators for success. • Psychological Empowerment: Enhancing personal skills that help female students and engineers prove their competence in scientific and practical fields.
