Under the Patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hasan Shaker Majdi Supervised by the Dean of the College of Science, Asst. Prof. Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, and the Head of the Department of Artificial Intelligence, Dr. Ahmad Adnan Al-Muhanna, and in cooperation with the Women Affairs Division, the Women Affairs Unit in the Department of Biochemistry / College of Science organized an awareness campaign entitled: “The Role of Women in Society and Heritage.” The campaign was implemented by Lecturer M.M. Istabraq Aref Muhammad as part of efforts to raise awareness about the importance of women’s status and to highlight their active contributions to community building and the preservation of cultural and heritage identity. The campaign aimed to emphasize the pivotal role of women in various social, cultural, and educational fields, in addition to their essential responsibility in passing down values, customs, and traditions from one generation to another, thereby strengthening social cohesion and reinforcing cultural identity. The campaign also highlighted the importance of empowering women and supporting their active participation in sustainable development, demonstrating its impact on building a balanced and resilient society while preserving cultural and heritage legacy. The event received positive engagement from participants, who praised the initiative and emphasized the importance of such awareness activities in promoting the role and status of women in society. The campaign was held on Sunday, 25/01/2026, and the brochure was prepared by Lecturer M.M. Istabraq Aref Muhammad. Al-Mustaqbal University Ranked First Among Private Universities in Iraq
