The College of Education, in cooperation with the Department of Student Activities at Al-Mustaqbal University, organized a scientific seminar entitled “Digital Transformation and Guarantees of Quality Education for Persons with Disabilities,” attended by a number of faculty members and students. The seminar was delivered by Lecturer Ali Ayed Abbas, who highlighted the importance of digital transformation in supporting the educational process for persons with disabilities, as well as the legal guarantees that ensure their right to quality education in line with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG-4). The seminar addressed several key themes, most notably the role of modern technologies in achieving inclusive education, the challenges faced by educational institutions in implementing digital transformation, and the presentation of practical visions to enhance the quality of education and achieve the principle of equal educational opportunities. The seminar concluded with an emphasis on the importance of intensifying such scientific activities that contribute to improving educational performance, promoting a culture of digital innovation, and supporting the rights of persons with disabilities to quality education. #Al_Mustaqbal_University #First_in_Iraq
