Under the patronage of the Ministry of Higher Education and in cooperation with the Eurasian Universities Union (EURAS), Al-Mustaqbal University hosted the EURAS Academy 2026 Forum, the first international scientific event of its kind in Iraq, with high-level local and international academic participation. The opening ceremony was attended by the Ministry’s Deputy for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Adnan Al-Jumaily, EURAS President Prof. Mustafa Aydin, and Al-Mustaqbal University President Prof. Hassan Shaker Majdi, alongside university presidents, faculty members, and researchers. Participants emphasized that the forum supports international academic cooperation and keeps pace with modern developments in higher education, particularly in quality, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, sustainability, and integrating Sustainable Development Goals into university strategies. Al-Mustaqbal University is ranked first among private universities in Iraq.
