“A workshop was held for new teaching assistants on laboratory management, focusing on how to efficiently organize and manage their own laboratories, with the aim of enhancing their practical and administrative skills in the laboratory environment. The workshop was conducted by Engineer Israa Issa Ibrahim and covered the key principles and practical procedures for organizing laboratories, including handling equipment and devices, arranging materials and supplies, and ensuring occupational safety during work. The workshop witnessed active engagement from the new teaching assistants, contributing to improving their practical readiness and providing them with the necessary experience to manage laboratories effectively, thereby enhancing the quality of the educational process within the scientific departments.
