• Self-Discovery: Emphasizing that talent is not limited to public performance, but also includes “behind-the-scenes” skills such as creative thinking, organization, and emotional intelligence.
• Breaking the Barrier of Beginnings: Encouraging students to integrate into the university environment by activating their hobbies and linking them to their academic path.
• Support of Academic Leadership: The presence of the Head of Department and faculty members represented a direct message of support, affirming the Dean’s vision that the university is not merely a place for theoretical learning, but a true incubator for talents and innovation.
• Personality Development: Discussing strategies to transform talent from a simple hobby into a competitive advantage that supports students in their future professional careers.
Recommendations and Conclusion:
The workshop concluded with an open dialogue between students and instructors, creating an atmosphere of effective communication that left a strong positive impact on first-year students. The organizers also emphasized the importance of continuing such qualitative initiatives to nurture and refine youth talents under the umbrella of the College of Education.
