Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Education, Professor Dr. Ahmed Roudhan Salman, the College of Education organized a specialized scientific seminar entitled “Electronic Teaching-Load System.” The seminar was presented by the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Assistant Lecturer Hussein Munir Abdulzahra, and attended by a number of faculty members and staff of the college.
The seminar provided a clear and detailed explanation of the mechanism for activating the electronic system dedicated to the teaching load. It outlined the procedures for data entry, timetable organization, and monitoring teaching hours in accordance with approved university regulations and instructions. The lecturer also highlighted the importance of digital transformation in administrative and academic work, emphasizing its role in enhancing transparency and accuracy, facilitating follow-up and documentation processes, and improving institutional performance within the college.
Assistant Lecturer Hussein Munir Abdulzahra stressed that adopting the electronic teaching-load system represents an advanced step toward modernizing university administration. It helps save time and effort, reduces paperwork errors, and provides an accurate database that supports more effective academic and administrative decision-making.
The seminar targeted the faculty members of the College of Education across its three departments: the Department of English Language, the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, and the Department of Quranic Sciences and Islamic Education. The session witnessed constructive interaction from attendees through questions and discussions that enriched the seminar’s topics and clarified many practical aspects of the system.
At the conclusion of the seminar, the college deanship reaffirmed its commitment to organizing scientific and training programs that develop the administrative and academic skills of its faculty members, keeping pace with digital transformation and enhancing the quality of university performance, in pursuit of institutional excellence and the advancement of the educational process.
