Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Education at Al-Mustaqbal University, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Rodhan Salman, a scientific lecture entitled “Fundamentals of Managing Undergraduate University Examinations” was held on Wednesday, 18/2/2026. The lecture was delivered by Assistant Professor Ahmed Jundi Ali and attended by a number of faculty members and staff of the College of Education. The lecture addressed the most important principles and regulations adopted in organizing university examinations, starting from preparing examination schedules and mechanisms for distributing students across halls, to preparing a suitable examination environment that ensures calmness and discipline, and ending with the procedures for receiving and handing over examination booklets and grading mechanisms in accordance with approved university instructions. Emphasis was also placed on adherence to examination regulations and accurate invigilation inside the halls, contributing to reinforcing fairness and equal opportunities among students and reducing cases of cheating, in addition to clarifying the role of examination committees in monitoring the conduct of exams and addressing emergency situations according to legal and administrative procedures. The lecture witnessed active engagement from attendees through questions and discussions that enriched the dialogue, stressing the importance of such scientific activities in developing administrative and academic performance and raising the efficiency of staff involved in the examination process.
