As part of its programs aimed at developing practical education, the Department of Radiological Techniques at the College of Health and Medical Technologies organized a field scientific visit to Merjan Teaching Hospital. The visit was part of the department’s scientific activities designed to link theoretical study with practical application. The visit aimed to familiarize students with modern medical devices used in radiology departments, understand their operational mechanisms, and recognize their essential role in diagnosing medical cases, in addition to learning about the health services provided to patients. The visit included a guided tour of several specialized units, during which students received detailed explanations about the applied techniques, correct operational procedures, and occupational safety requirements within healthcare institutions.
