The course aimed to strengthen the role of women in the medical field and provide full support in education and academic development, enabling them to reach advanced professional ranks and effectively practice within the healthcare sector. Special emphasis was placed on women’s contributions in gynecology, pediatrics, the treatment of women’s diseases such as breast and uterine cancer, as well as their essential role in natural and cesarean deliveries.
The session also highlighted the importance of expanding women’s presence across healthcare institutions, particularly in underserved and peripheral areas, through improving infrastructure and increasing the number of hospitals and educational institutions. Such efforts contribute to advancing healthcare services and achieving sustainable development.
