Al-Mustaqbal University Signs a Memorandum of Understanding with University of Al-Qadisiyah to Strengthen Scientific and Academic Partnership

As part of its strategic direction toward expanding academic cooperation and strengthening integration between public and private universities, the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, signed a joint scientific and academic Memorandum of Understanding with University of Al-Qadisiyah, in alignment with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the University Presidency’s vision of institutional openness and exchange of expertise. The memorandum was signed during an official visit by a delegation from Al-Mustaqbal University headed by the University President. The delegation included the Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, Professor Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi; the Dean of the College of Science, Professor Dr. Furat Hamza; and the Director of the Cultural Relations Department, Dr. Samir Badrawi. The delegation was received by the President of the University of Al-Qadisiyah, Professor Dr. Rahi Al-Yasiri, along with the University’s Vice Presidents and a number of academic leaders. During the meeting, both sides discussed prospects for joint scientific and research cooperation and coordination in areas of mutual interest. The Memorandum of Understanding includes several key areas of collaboration, most notably: conducting joint scientific research, participating in conferences, seminars, and workshops, organizing academic exchange visits, jointly supervising postgraduate students, benefiting from established experiences in achieving sustainable development goals, building faculty capacities, providing summer training opportunities for students, and updating academic curricula—thereby contributing to the enhancement of higher education quality and achieving sustainable scientific and developmental impact.
