Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Division, the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Health and Medical Technologies / Department of Radiological Techniques organized, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals—particularly Goal 5 (Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment)—an awareness activity on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. The activity was titled: “Women… Power of Leadership and Creativity” and was presented by Ms. Marwa from the Department of Radiological Techniques. The event focused on the importance of developing and training leadership skills among female staff, enhancing decision-making and leadership abilities, as well as supporting effective communication and team-building within the university environment. It also emphasized the role of women leaders as a source of inspiration and responsibility in shaping a better future for society and institutions. The activity aims to build self-confidence and empowerment among female students, encouraging them to develop their academic and practical capabilities in order to prepare conscious and capable women leaders who can innovate and excel. This initiative is part of the department’s ongoing efforts to instill a culture of empowerment and strengthen the leadership role of women within the university community.
