Under the patronage of the President of the Future University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Magdy, Under the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty of Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Fat Hamza Al-Sultani, Under the supervision of the Head of the Department of Artificial Intelligence, Dr. Abdulkazem Abdulkarim, On Saturday, 7/3/2026, at 10 a.m., an interactive activity was carried out within the lecture entitled “Artificial Intelligence and Sign Language” with the participation of students Rania and Sahrih. The activity focused on exploring the relationship between artificial intelligence and sign language technologies, and how to employ these modern technologies to enhance communication with people with hearing disabilities. During the activity, the students gave a practical presentation on how artificial intelligence is used to translate sign language and turn it into an effective means of communication. This activity allowed students to learn about the practical applications of technology, and understand how to integrate programming skills and artificial intelligence in the service of society. The activity aims to enhance students' understanding of artificial intelligence techniques and their applications, and to develop their creativity and critical thinking skills through practical participation and direct interaction. It also seeks to raise the level of social awareness of the importance of sign language and empower people with hearing disabilities, in addition to encouraging cooperation and interaction among students during the implementation of the activity. This activity is expected to contribute to raising the level of technical and social awareness of students, developing their capabilities to use technology in the service of society, and enhancing their spirit of innovation in the field of education and modern technologies, which makes them more prepared to face the challenges of the future and use technological knowledge positively.
