The Aesthetic and Laser Techniques Department at Al-Mustaqbal University, the first university in Iraq, organized an awareness activity titled “Pledge: I Support Women”, as part of ongoing efforts to promote a culture of supporting and empowering women in society. The activity was supervised by the lecturers Haiman Waleed Mazloum and Shahad Nawras Abbas. The event witnessed the participation of a number of students and staff members, who sign d a symbolic pledge affirming their commitment to supporting women, respecting their rights, and strengthening their active role in various scientific, professional, and social fields. The activity aimed to raise awareness about the importance of equality and cooperation among members of society, while highlighting the significant role women play in building a progressive and prosperous community. This activity comes as part of a series of awareness initiatives organized by the department to promote positive human and social values, and to encourage students to adopt initiatives that reinforce a culture of respect and mutual support within the community.
