A joint meeting on quality and programmatic accreditation requirements was held on Saturday, 7 March 2026, at the College of Nursing, Al-Mustaqbal University. The meeting took place with Dr. Sawsam, Head of Quality and University Performance at the University of Babylon, to discuss several aspects related to the evaluation of the Nursing Program according to programmatic accreditation standards. During the meeting, the requirements of Standard Five, which focuses on student learning outcomes at the end of the academic program, were discussed, along with ways to develop them in accordance with approved quality standards. The discussion also addressed Standard Six, which concerns the curriculum plan for evaluating the Nursing Program, and the mechanisms for its implementation to ensure achieving educational objectives and improving the quality of learning outcomes. This meeting comes within the ongoing efforts to enhance academic cooperation and develop the Nursing Program at Al-Mustaqbal University in line with the requirements of programmatic accreditation and quality standards in higher education.
