In a new step within its digital transformation path, Al-Mustaqbal University continues to develop its technological infrastructure by adopting advanced electronic systems that contribute to organizing academic work and enhancing the efficiency of managing the educational process. The President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, chaired a meeting dedicated to following up on the final stages of launching an integrated digital system for managing the educational process, held on Sunday at the University Presidency Building, in the presence of the Dean of the Engineering Technical College, Asst. Prof. Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abd, along with several officials and concerned staff members at the university presidency. The meeting focused on discussing the mechanisms for implementing the new system, which aims to organize the distribution of teaching assignments, monitor lectures, and manage the teaching load of faculty members, in a way that enhances accuracy in organizing academic work and increases transparency in monitoring teaching performance. The meeting also included a detailed technical presentation on the system’s features and capabilities in supporting digital educational management, in addition to discussing several development proposals presented by the University President and the attendees to ensure efficient implementation and achieve the best results upon its launch. During the meeting, the University President emphasized the importance of continuing to develop electronic systems within the university, praising the efforts made by the Information Technology and Follow-Up Division in completing this system, which represents an important step in the university’s digital transformation journey. It is worth mentioning that Al-Mustaqbal University is working within the Smart University Project to develop an integrated digital system for managing educational and administrative aspects, in line with global developments in higher education and to enhance the quality of academic services.
