As part of the field visits to monitor the progress of the educational and examination processes, a ministerial delegation visited the Examination Committee in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the College of Engineering on Monday, March 8, 2026, to review the mechanisms for organizing examinations and the procedures adopted in managing the examination process.
The visit included reviewing the records of the Examination Committee and the documents related to examination management, as well as the mechanisms for organizing examination booklets, auditing grades, and announcing results, in a way that ensures accuracy and transparency in evaluating students’ performance.
The delegation also commended the efforts made by the Department Presidency and the members of the Examination Committee in organizing the examination process in accordance with ministerial regulations and instructions, emphasizing the importance of adhering to academic procedures that contribute to ensuring the quality of the educational process and achieving academic accreditation standards.
This visit comes within the framework of the concerned authorities’ commitment to monitoring the examination process and improving the level of academic performance in educational institutions, thereby enhancing the quality of higher education and achieving the fourth Sustainable Development Goal (Quality Education – SDG 4).
