In a step aimed at enhancing academic cooperation and exchanging scientific expertise, the Department of Civil Engineering at the College of Engineering, Al-Mustaqbal University, signed a scientific twinning agreement with the Department of Civil Engineering at Al-Qasim Al-Khadrāʾ University on Monday, March 9, 2026. This agreement supports the advancement of academic development and the improvement of engineering education quality. The agreement includes various areas of scientific and academic collaboration, such as exchanging expertise among faculty members, organizing joint seminars and workshops, collaborating in scientific research, and developing curricula in line with labor market requirements and the latest developments in civil engineering. This agreement aligns with the College of Engineering’s approach at Al-Mustaqbal University to strengthen academic partnerships with Iraqi universities, contributing to the development of the educational environment, the exchange of knowledge and scientific expertise, and supporting the achievement of the fourth Sustainable Development Goal (Quality Education – SDG4).
