Toward an Integrated Digital Learning Environment: Deanship of the College of Administrative Sciences Holds a Meeting to Follow Up on Education and Student Management Systems

As part of its ongoing efforts to develop the educational environment and strengthen digital transformation in academic and administrative work, the Dean of the College of Administrative Sciences, Professor Dr. Haider Ali Al-Dulaimi, chaired an expanded meeting dedicated to discussing mechanisms for improving the operation of the electronic systems adopted by the College, most notably the IQ Learn Learning Management System and the Student Information System (SIS). The meeting was attended by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, the Heads of the scientific departments, as well as the staff members responsible for supervising and managing these systems within the College’s departments. During the meeting, participants discussed several key issues related to activating both systems more efficiently, in a way that contributes to organizing the educational process and facilitating the monitoring of students’ academic pathways. The meeting also addressed ways to enhance integration between the IQ Learn system and the Student Information System (SIS), ensuring smooth information exchange and accuracy of academic data, while helping improve the quality of educational services provided to both students and faculty members. During the meeting, Professor Dr. Haider Ali Al-Dulaimi emphasized the importance of making the best possible use of the capabilities offered by modern electronic systems, stressing the need for cooperation between academic departments and technical and administrative staff to ensure the optimal implementation of these systems. Such efforts contribute to enhancing institutional performance and reinforcing the culture of digital transformation within the College. This meeting comes as part of a series of follow-up sessions and initiatives aimed at developing the digital infrastructure of academic and administrative work within the College, in line with the requirements of contemporary university education and in support of the academic mission of the College and its students.
