The College of Dentistry at Al-Mustaqbal University participated in the major tree-planting campaign launched by the university under the patronage of the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi. The campaign resulted in planting 10,000 perennial tree saplings across the university campus and its surroundings on March 14, 2026, as part of the National Afforestation Program and in support of national efforts aimed at environmental protection and sustainability. Faculty members and students from the College of Dentistry took part in the planting activities alongside university staff and students from the “Sustainability Ambassadors” initiative, reflecting the college’s commitment to contributing to environmental initiatives that expand green spaces and promote environmental awareness among students. This participation aligns with Al-Mustaqbal University’s vision to support volunteer initiatives and promote the principles of environmental sustainability, contributing to the development of a healthy and attractive university environment while reinforcing the role of academic institutions in serving the community and protecting the environment.
