As part of strengthening academic and cultural cooperation among the colleges of Al-Mustaqbal University, Assistant Professor Dr. Hashim Sayehood Mohammed, a faculty member in the Department of Qur’anic Sciences and Islamic Education at the College of Education, participated in the judging committee of a Quranic competition organized by the College of Pharmacy. This participation came within the framework of cultural activities aimed at promoting the culture of the Holy Qur’an among university students and encouraging them to memorize, recite, and master its rules of Tajweed, in addition to reinforcing the religious and human values derived from the Holy Book of Allah. The competition witnessed the participation of a number of students from the college, where the judging committee evaluated the participants according to precise academic criteria that considered the accuracy of memorization, the quality of recitation, and the proper application of Tajweed rules. This contributed to highlighting the Qur’anic talents of students and motivating them to further engage with the Holy Qur’an. Such activities reflect the university’s commitment to supporting scientific and cultural events that strengthen Islamic identity and foster a spirit of positive competition among students across its various colleges. #College_of_Education #Al_Mustaqbal_University
