A group of students from the College of Administrative Sciences organized a humanitarian campaign to give Ramadan food baskets to a number of needy families. They did this to support the second Sustainable Development Goal, which aims to end hunger and promote food security. They were guided by the values of social solidarity and the promotion of a sense of social responsibility
The students who took part in the campaign were determined to turn these values into real actions that would help ease the financial burden on poor families during the holy month of Ramadan.
This project shows that young people know how important it is to volunteer and get involved in their communities. It also shows how schools can make a difference in the world.
School of Administrative Sciences... Knowledge gained, values put into action, and a new sense of generosity.
