Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, chaired on Monday (March 16, 2026) an expanded seminar attended by senior staff and university personnel to review institutional performance and outline a roadmap for developing academic and administrative work mechanisms for the 2025–2026 academic year.
Key Themes of the Seminar:
Digital Transformation:
Emphasis was placed on fully automating the educational process in alignment with the Ministry of Higher Education platforms, and activating IQ-Learning and SIS systems.
Accreditation and Quality:
Reviewing program accreditation requirements and strengthening the university’s academic reputation through activating international memoranda of understanding.
International Activities:
Preparation for “Future Sustainability Week” and participation in the EURIE 2026 Summit in Istanbul.
Organizational Aspects:
Updating examination committee regulations and the controls related to workload systems and electronic salary management.
The seminar witnessed distinguished participation from the College of Nursing, represented by the Dean, the Administrative Assistant, the Examination Committee, as well as the SIS system committee and software officials of the college. This participation aimed to ensure alignment of the college’s implementation plans with the university’s strategy toward comprehensive digital transformation, and to enhance the efficiency of student and examination data management in accordance with national and international quality standards.
At the conclusion of the seminar, Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi emphasized the importance of teamwork, stressing that the student is a key partner in success, and highlighting the need to reinforce values of mutual respect within the university environment.
