As part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to enhancing institutional performance and advancing the level of academic and administrative work, the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, chaired an expanded seminar that brought together the university’s senior staff along with faculty members and employees from various university formations. The seminar aimed to review performance across different sectors of the university and to discuss mechanisms for development and institutional organization. At the beginning of the seminar, the University President delivered a guiding speech in which he congratulated the university staff on the approaching occasion of Eid al-Fitr, praising the achievements accomplished by the university in various fields during the previous period. He noted that these accomplishments were the result of the collective efforts of the colleges, academic departments, and supporting administrative units within the university presidency. In his remarks, the President emphasized the importance of working with a spirit of teamwork and continuing efforts to enhance institutional performance, particularly in the area of university work automation. He highlighted the significance of automating the educational process in line with the electronic platforms launched by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which contribute to improving the efficiency of academic administration and developing a modern digital learning environment. He also stressed the importance of supporting and embracing students as key partners in the university’s activities and achievements, underscoring the need to strengthen mutual respect and promote values of respectful and humane interaction among all members of the university community.
