As part of its ongoing commitment to leadership and excellence in the energy sector, the College of Engineering Technology at Al-Mustaqbal University has taken a new strategic step. The university recently hosted an extensive meeting that brought together a select group of its faculty with a delegation from the American Association of Energy Engineers – Iraq Chapter. The meeting was graciously sponsored by the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and directly supervised by the Dean of the College of Engineering Technology, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Azher Mohsen Abd. Representatives from the Al-Mustaqbal Center for Energy Research and the Directorate of Scientific Affairs also attended, all reaffirming the university’s commitment to developing its staff and students. Discussions focused on exploring avenues for international scientific and training cooperation, with particular attention given to designing specialized training programs led by international experts. This initiative opens new horizons for academics and students to enhance their expertise in advanced energy fields and reflects the university’s ongoing efforts to cement its position as a hub for innovation and global partnerships.
