The Deputy Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technologies conducted an inspection tour alongside the University Vice President in the academic departments to review the work of examination committees and monitor the implementation of the SIS system for student affairs management. During the tour, procedures for student registration and progression between academic levels were reviewed, along with the organization of examination committees’ work, including verification of the accuracy of the master grade sheets, to ensure smooth academic and administrative operations in accordance with approved regulations and guidelines. The team also discussed key challenges and obstacles that may affect the workflow of examination committees, emphasizing the importance of correctly applying the SIS system to ensure proper data storage and organization, thereby enhancing academic and administrative performance quality. The tour concluded with commendation of the efforts of the examination committees and academic departments in organizing work and providing the best services to students, with a continued emphasis on developing work mechanisms to ensure high efficiency and full transparency in all academic processes.
