The College of Fine Arts at Al-Mustaqbal University organized an artistic awareness campaign on rationalizing water consumption and preserving water resources on March 17, 2026, under the supervision of the Activities Coordinator in the Art Education Department, Assistant Lecturer Ammar Nazim Hadi, with active participation from faculty members and students. The campaign comes as part of the college’s efforts to enhance environmental awareness and promote sustainability concepts within the academic community. It featured various activities, most notably student-created artworks that highlighted the importance of water as a vital resource for life, while also addressing improper daily water usage behaviors and ways to reduce waste. The college emphasized that this initiative aligns with Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 6: Clean Water and Sanitation, highlighting the role of art as an effective communication tool in raising awareness and strengthening social responsibility toward environmental issues.
