The Information Technology Unit at the College of Education held an important meeting chaired by the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, based on the directives of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Rodhan Salman, to follow up on electronic workflow and develop its mechanisms.
The meeting addressed the role of the IT Unit at the College of Education, chaired by the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs and under the direct supervision of the College Deanship, in organizing and managing the digital transformation process within the college.
The meeting also discussed the mechanism for registering faculty members on the IQ LEARN platform, monitoring the electronic teaching load, as well as reviewing technical challenges and finding appropriate solutions.
This meeting comes as part of a series of periodic meetings conducted by the college to keep pace with the requirements of digital transformation and to modernize academic work procedures.
The meeting was held at the College of Education / Al-Mustaqbal University, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the digital educational environment.
The meeting aims to enhance digital transformation in the educational process, ensure smooth electronic workflow, and improve the efficiency of academic performance.
This is achieved by emphasizing faculty members’ commitment to completing registration and updating their data, accurately organizing the electronic teaching load, in addition to providing continuous technical support and promptly addressing technical issues.
The meeting confirmed that the IT Unit has completed the registration of faculty members بنسبة 100%, while continuing to update data regularly, contributing to improving the quality of e-learning.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the chair emphasized the importance of cooperation between academic departments and the IT Unit to ensure the sustainability and development of electronic work within the college.
