Dean of the College of Law at Al-Mustaqbal University, Member and Expert on the Ministerial Committee for the Development of Criminal Law Curricula

As part of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s efforts to modernize educational approaches and enhance academic integrity, the College of Law at Al-Mustaqbal University announced that its dean, Prof. Dr. Ammar Abbas Al-Husseini, has been selected as a member and consulting expert on the National Committee for the Development of Criminal Law Curricula in Iraqi Universities. This strategic appointment reflects the high level of academic confidence in the expertise possessed by Al-Mustaqbal University, as the committee aims to bring about a qualitative leap in legal curricula to keep pace with rapid legislative changes and global scientific standards, thereby ensuring that educational outcomes align with the requirements of the country’s judicial and legal institutions. For his part, Dr. Al-Husseini will contribute to formulating modern scientific visions and proposals based on his extensive experience in criminal law jurisprudence, aimed at enhancing students’ academic achievement and updating course content to serve justice and society. In turn, the Al-Mustaqbal University community celebrated this academic achievement, affirming that this selection represents recognition of the university’s prestigious standing and its active role in leading higher education in Iraq and promoting professional and academic excellence at the national level. Al-Mustaqbal University ranks first among private universities in Iraq.
