Under the patronage of the esteemed President of Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, and in the presence of the Dean of the College of Engineering Technology, Assist. Prof. Dr. Azhar Mohsin Abdul, a specialized workshop was held today, Saturday, March 28, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The session, titled "Requirements for Obtaining Programmatic Accreditation for Engineering Technologies," was presented by Assist. Prof. Dr. Saad Mutashar Abbas from the Department of Medical Instrumentation Engineering Techniques at the Engineering Building's Auditorium. The workshop targeted department heads, coordinators, and quality assurance committees to highlight the mechanisms of institutional and international accreditation. Key topics included ministerial team requirements, the methodology for handling specialized Worksheets, and the distribution of field surveys. Additionally, a timeline was established for departmental visits to evaluate procedures and overcome programmatic obstacles. These efforts support the university's trajectory toward global academic leadership and align with the fourth Sustainable Development Goal (SDG 4): Quality Education.
