The Department of Anesthesia Techniques at the College of Health and Medical Technologies / Al-Mustaqbal University held a scientific seminar on Thursday, March 26, 2026, titled: “The Impact of Climate Change on the Hydrological Cycle of Water,” via Google Meet. The seminar, delivered by Mr. Ali Qasim, highlighted the effects of climate change on water resources and their implications for the environment and public health, as well as the importance of sustainable water management. The seminar also addressed the topic’s connection to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation) and Goal 13 (Climate Action). The seminar was attended by a number of faculty members and students, and included fruitful scientific discussions that emphasized the importance of raising environmental awareness and promoting a culture of sustainability within the academic community. At the conclusion of the seminar, emphasis was placed on the importance of continuing such scientific activities that contribute to knowledge development and support contemporary environmental issues.
