A meeting of the Scientific and Preparatory Committees for the upcoming scientific conference was held at the college, which is scheduled to take place on April 13–14 of the current year, with the participation of a distinguished group of researchers and academics. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Dr. Haider Ali Al-Dulaimi, dean of the college, in the presence of several members of both the Scientific and Preparatory Committees. During the meeting, the key ongoing preparations to ensure the success of this important academic event were reviewed. The attendees discussed a number of submitted research papers received by the Scientific Committee, as well as the mechanisms for their evaluation and classification according to approved academic standards. In addition, organizational and logistical aspects related to the conference were addressed, including timelines, conference themes, and the preparation of a suitable environment to receive participants. During the meeting, the dean emphasized the importance of concerted efforts and teamwork to present the conference in a manner befitting the academic standing of the college, stressing the need to adhere to the specified deadlines and complete all requirements on time.
