Eng. Fatima Ihsan Ali, from the Department of Medical Instrumentation Engineering Techniques at Mustaqbal University, has conducted a specialized case study investigating student behaviors regarding energy consumption and their awareness levels concerning irrational usage.
The study covered the majority of the university's departments, employing a descriptive-analytical methodology to collect data and identify the root causes of energy waste. The findings emphasize the importance of enhancing student awareness and spreading a culture of conservation as a fundamental pillar for environmental protection and ensuring the efficiency of institutional resources.
This academic contribution aligns with the university's commitment to Sustainable Development Goal 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy) and Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production).
