Department of Electrical Engineering Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University Highlights "The Female Engineering Mindset and Innovation Strategies" Monday, March 30, 2026 Under the auspices of the Deanship of the College of Engineering and Engineering Technologies, the Department of Electrical Engineering Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a specialized workshop titled: "The Female Engineering Mindset and Innovative Solution Strategies," presented by Eng. Rand Maan Ahmed. The workshop aimed to empower female students and engineers within electrical disciplines by providing modern innovation tools. It further highlighted the pivotal role women play in developing complex technical solutions, particularly in the fields of sustainable energy and smart systems. Key Highlights of the Workshop: During the session, Eng.
