As part of its ongoing efforts to integrate scientific knowledge with artistic creativity among students, the Department of Accounting at the College of Administrative Sciences, Future University, organized a student competition titled "Best Accounting Awareness Design" on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. The event witnessed broad participation from students who demonstrated their skills in transforming accounting and environmental concepts into impactful visual messages. Initiative Objectives The competition aimed to: Highlight Green Accounting and the accountant's role in sustainable development. Raise awareness about the importance of preserving national resources (such as water and the environment) from an economic and regulatory perspective. Foster a spirit of positive competition and refine students' talents in design and visual communication. Event Details The event featured a diverse range of designs primarily focused on the link between economics and water resources, coinciding with global campaigns for water awareness. The posters presented by the students included educational slogans and infographics illustrating the financial and material waste resulting from the mismanagement of natural resources. "This event does not only aim to select the best design; it seeks to reinforce the idea that an accountant is not merely a recorder of numbers, but a guardian of resources and a key contributor to social awareness."
