In pursuit of the fourth Sustainable Development Goal (Quality Education), the Dean of the Faculty of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University conducted a field inspection tour across scientific departments and examination halls. The tour aimed to monitor the progress of examinations and directly observe the level of organization and workflow in managing the students' evaluative process. The tour was held under the slogan: "Elevating the Examination Environment: A Fundamental Pillar for Ensuring Educational Quality," with the objective of ensuring the provision of a suitable atmosphere that allows for examinations to be conducted smoothly and quietly. The tour included monitoring student attendance according to announced schedules, emphasizing the importance of continued attendance and commitment to all educational components to serve the faculty's academic mission. During the tour, the Dean reviewed the nature of the examination questions, directing the necessity of ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness in their formulation, proportional to the students' scientific levels to ensure fairness and balance in academic assessment. Furthermore, examination committees were inspected, and attendance records and documentation mechanisms were reviewed to ensure compliance with effective university regulations and guidelines. At the conclusion of the tour, the Dean expressed her gratitude and appreciation for the efforts of the heads of scientific departments and members of the examination committees, praising the high level of organization and fruitful cooperation that contributed to creating an ideal examination environment. She emphasized the need to maintain this distinguished approach to ensure the success of the examination process and achieve the best educational outcomes befitting the status of Al-Mustaqbal University. This field follow-up is part of the faculty's strategy aimed at enhancing institutional performance efficiency and providing all means of support to students, in line with national and international academic accreditation standards.
