The Department of Dialysis Kidney Techniques at the College of Health and Medical Techniques – Al-Mustaqbal University organized a guidance workshop entitled “Discover Your Hidden Talents Beyond the Noise of Grades” on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. The workshop was delivered by Dr. Tuqa Hazem Abdullah, a faculty member of the Department of Dialysis Kidney Techniques. Within the framework of enhancing and developing students’ skills to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being), the workshop addressed several key topics, including how students can identify their hidden talents and leverage them to achieve academic and professional success. The workshop also covered strategies for coping with the pressures of grades and academic evaluations. The workshop aimed to strengthen students’ self-confidence and help them discover their latent potential, while providing practical guidance for developing personal skills and refining creative abilities. This workshop represents part of the university’s ongoing efforts to provide psychological support and educational guidance, fostering students’ growth with high levels of competence, self-confidence, and academic excellence.
