Representing the President of Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, the Head of the Medical Instrumentation Engineering Techniques Department, Prof. Dr. Bayan Mahdi Sabbar, participated in the activities of the 4th Scientific Forum for Applied Research focused on developing government digitalization. The forum was organized by the Informatics Institute at the University of Information Technology and Communications, in the presence of an elite group of academic leaders. The sessions discussed the pillars of a knowledge-based economy, the activation of technology incubators, and ways to link research outputs with the actual needs of state institutions. These efforts aim to build an advanced governmental system based on comprehensive innovation, in pursuit of Sustainable Development Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
