The Department of Anesthesia Techniques at Al-Mustaqbal University organized an awareness activity at Al-Hilla Surgical Hospital – the outpatient clinics of the Early Breast Cancer Detection Center, on March 31, 2026. The initiative aimed to raise health awareness among female students and teach them self-examination techniques for early detection of breast cancer, in line with Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being. The activity was supervised by Dr. Walaa Nouri, Dr. Talib Jijan, and Mr. Ali Qasim, who provided practical demonstrations and guidance to students on the importance of early detection and its impact on prevention and timely treatment. This initiative reflects the ongoing efforts of the Department of Anesthesia Techniques at Al-Mustaqbal University to support health and educational awareness programs, encouraging students to prioritize their health and undergo regular check-ups for early disease detection, contributing to women’s health and overall well-being.
