The College of Education held a mourning ceremony in memory of the student Ali Ibrahim Abdul, may Allah grant him His vast mercy, a student of the Department of English, expressing sorrow and grief over his loss and commemorating his academic journey and exemplary conduct among his peers. The ceremony was attended by the Dean of the College of Education, Professor Dr. Ahmed Roudhan Salman, along with the assistants, heads of academic departments, faculty members, and a gathering of students from the college, including colleagues of the deceased from his department. The atmosphere was marked by solemnity and prayers for the departed. The Dean expressed his deep sadness over the loss of one of the college’s members, emphasizing that the college loses not just a student but a dear part of its academic family. He highlighted the importance of solidarity in such circumstances and standing by the family of the deceased, offering them moral support. He also called for remembering the noble human values embodied by the student, urging that his journey serve as an inspiration for other students to remain committed and diligent.
