Al-Mustaqbal University announces the launch of the 4th International Sustainability Week 2026, starting tomorrow, April 12, 2026, and continuing until April 15, on its campus in Babil Governorate, with wide participation from academics, researchers, and students, as well as the presence of local and international entities concerned with sustainability and development issues. The week will feature a variety of scientific and environmental activities, including specialized workshops, scientific exhibitions, panel discussions, and presentations of innovative projects aimed at providing sustainable solutions to environmental and developmental challenges, thereby promoting a culture of sustainability and reinforcing the concepts of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This event aims to highlight the role of academic institutions in achieving sustainable development and to encourage students to adopt creative ideas that contribute to building a more sustainable future. It also serves as an important platform for exchanging expertise and strengthening collaboration between universities and various institutions, in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 13 (Climate Action).
