College of Nursing at Al-Mustaqbal University Holds Its 5th Scientific Forum Toward the Bologna Process as Part of Sustainability Week As part of the activities of the Fourth Annual Future Sustainability Week, the College of Nursing at Al-Mustaqbal University organized its 5th annual scientific forum titled “Al-Mustaqbal Nursing Sciences Forum Toward the Bologna Process” on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at Al-Mustaqbal University – Central Activities Hall, under the supervision of the University President and the direct oversight of the Dean of the College of Nursing. This forum is considered one of the أبرز scientific events that the college is keen to organize annually, due to its important role in supporting the academic journey and developing nursing education. It also serves as a platform for exchanging expertise and discussing the latest developments in the field, in alignment with the Bologna Process requirements and modern global standards. The forum witnessed high-level academic attendance, including the participation of the Head of the Council of Nursing College Deans in Iraq, along with several deans from governmental universities such as: University of Baghdad, University of Babylon, University of Karbala, University of Kufa, University of Al-Qadisiyah, University of Maysan, University of Mosul, University of Tikrit, and Al-Mustansiriya University, in addition to a wide حضور of deans from private universities and colleges. The forum was also marked by active student participation from nursing students, who showed strong engagement with the event’s activities, reflecting their eagerness to develop their scientific skills and keep up with the latest advancements in their field. The organization of this forum comes a series of scientific activities adopted by Al-Mustaqbal University during Sustainability Week, affirming its leading role in supporting higher education and its continuous commitment to building an integrated academic environment that contributes to preparing qualified nursing cadres capable of meeting labor market demands and serving the community.
