The Dean of the College of Engineering at Al-Mustaqbal University, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Shakir Majdi, received a delegation of professors from the College of Engineering at the University of Technology, as part of efforts to strengthen academic cooperation between the two institutions, in a manner that supports the development of the educational process in the Department of Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Industries.
During the meeting, prospects for scientific cooperation were discussed, including the organization of a joint examination for the department’s students, as well as ways to unify academic standards and exchange expertise between both sides. This contributes to enhancing students’ academic level and improving the quality of education.
This meeting comes within the College of Engineering’s vision of openness to reputable universities and building effective partnerships that contribute to the development of academic programs and the achievement of distinguished learning outcomes aligned with labor market requirements.
This cooperation also aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) through improving education quality, and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by strengthening academic collaboration.
