Through direct field supervision, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, oversaw the final touches and logistical and technical preparations for the launch of the “Fourth Al-Mustaqbal Sustainability Week,” scheduled to open tomorrow, Sunday (12/4/2026). During his tour, the university president visited the designated event venues, where he reviewed: • The readiness of halls and platforms allocated for seminars and workshops. • Scientific and artistic exhibitions that will showcase the work of students and researchers in the field of sustainable development. • Organizational plans to ensure the smooth reception of guests and participants from various academic and research institutions. During the tour, Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi emphasized that this week represents a fundamental pillar of the university’s strategy to promote a culture of sustainability, stating: “Al-Mustaqbal University is committed to its leading role in achieving sustainable development goals, and our fourth week embodies the transformation of research ideas into practical solutions that serve the environment and society.” The opening ceremony tomorrow is expected to witness wide attendance from academic figures and officials.
