Within the framework of the dynamic scientific movement witnessed by the College of Health and Medical Technologies during the activities of Al-Mustaqbal Sustainability Week, a distinguished digital experience emerged, reflecting the College’s orientation toward adopting smart solutions and fostering a modern interactive environment. This initiative was carried out under the supervision of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Zahraa Halim Al-Qayyim, and through the efforts of preparation and design by Assistant Lecturer Shams Abbas Hassoun, Head of the Technology Incubator Unit, presenting an advanced model for integrating digital transformation within academic events. The initiative was embodied in the development of an intelligent electronic system for issuing participation certificates, enabling visitors to receive their certificates instantly via QR Code technology through simple steps that allow data entry and direct certificate download, reflecting ease of use and operational efficiency. The initiative also included the launch of an interactive experience for testing medical knowledge, designed in a modern style that combines education and engagement, aiming to enhance participants’ health awareness and assess their knowledge in an innovative manner. Furthermore, the efforts extended to the design of interactive visual materials supported by QR codes and digital technologies, contributing to the creation of a comprehensive digital knowledge environment that embodies the College’s vision in supporting innovation and promoting the use of technology in scientific and awareness activities.
